Forecourt Trader caught up with Sale’s Director Joe Brough, spending the entire day with him as he takes on his daily activities and routines at his family run business, Manor Service Stations, one of the largest independent petrol retailers in the UK.

Joe takes us on a journey explaining how he juggles maintaining strong relationships with various suppliers through communication, facing the challenges of motivating over 100 employees upon arrival at one of 12 sites, and how keeping an eye on the competition provides a big role in understanding how the business works, all within a day’s work!
